I felt like an inconvenience to him on a Sunday afternoon. The procedure that I had was a very small one and I felt nervous and anxious and I felt that he did nothing to make me feel at ease. Before the procedure he went through all the after care etc and because I was nervous I wasn't really listening. He was then talking to me during the procedure and because i couldn't understand him (through a mask) i asked him to repeat it and he rolled his eyes. Not a great experience at all felt upset when i can out. I cant comment on the procedure as i still have a plaster over it so I would like to think he did a good job

Dear Patient, I can just say , That I am sorry that you felt rushed and that I did not explain the procedure, aftercare clear enough. This is not my routine practice, but understand that different patients requires different needs. I hope that you won't require any further procedure, but please feel free to ask for your procedure to be done by another colleague of mine. Sincere apology for your bad experience.

A very friendly Dr who listened and explained everything very clearly. I had a minor procedure and he explained everything he was doing also explained possible side effects. Couldn't have asked for more. At the end was given all the paperwork I needed and any further information I may need. Great service and care from both doctor and nurse.

Very professional. Good introduction as a Consultant and easy conversation. Took care to study all my details on the system re my Myeloma treatment and meds taken by referring East Surrey doctor. Treatment quick and efficient with clear instructions about possible side effects and what to do. Very sorted team with the nurse and everything ready at the right time plus documentation at the end. Impressive. Worth noting I arrived early and finished treatment at booked time!!
